Oh I love this look! It certainly shows the serenity and glow in Angelina. I don’t know but there’s something with the dress that speaks of so much glam and sophistication in pregnancy (or it could just be Ange).
Well Ange would probably be the most enormous mom-to-be I’ve seen but I guess she’s also one of the most beautiful. And it sure seems that her beauty really radiates from within. See that beaming smile there? I don’t think any plastic surgery could ever produce that kind of smile.

It’s been quite a while since I last wrote an entry about celebrities somewhat thinking alike wearing the same frock (of course in a different time and place). So today would probably be the first post in this category this year. So who are fighting over a hit look on the same dress? – Gwen Stefanie and Kelly Osbourne.
When I brought you Janet Jackson’s ‘odd’ trousers, err… suit, I was at first hesitant if it could still take a ‘pity pass’. I mean you know, that’s Janet Jackson trying to look regal after all.
However, when she attended at Alexander McQueen’s Los Angeles Flagship Store Launch Party in California yesterday wearing this fuchsia and pink silk degradé kimono gown, I was like “That’s it! This is totally a miss.”
For Sex and the City fans out there, well, this is it! This is really is it. I’m sure you would be glad to know that even if the show’s not already shown on Direct TV, finally, the most awaited movie version has come!
Unfortunately, despite having a satellite TV at home, I didn’t find myself a fan of the show. But for the sake of Celebrity Fashion, I will try to level up with the show’s fans (isn’t that sweet?!).
So going back to business, attending the world premiere of Sex And The City: The Movie, the foursome power cast put on their best foot (and dress) forward in London, England. And since I really am not a fan of the show, I’m presuming the movie’s casts were actually dressed according to their characters.

This year has been a year of new-born celebrity babies in Hollywood. In fact, with the number of celebrity knock-ups, I’m starting to think this ‘thing’ seems to have become a trend. Anyway, since it’s Mothers’ Day, I thought of bringing you Celebrity Fashion Watch’s three of the most fashionable (new) moms in Hollywood today.
These three new celebrity moms are those who I think have successfully incorporated motherhood and fashion all together. They are those stars who are proud to show their new bodies and proved that being a mother is a sexy thing.
Hollywood really confuses me; the veterans push it too hard to look young and defy their real age while the young ones exert so much effort to look more mature, if not older.
If there’s one Hollywood celebrity who I think has improved a lot in terms of her fashion sense, it would have to be 21-year-old actress and singer, Emmy Rossum.
Of what? Well I think Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen are actually confused on how to express their selves as superheroes in haute couture.
Everybody seems to have had fantasies of becoming a superhero with some extra special super powers. And when I say everybody, I mean stars, too.
Today, in Celebrity Fashion Watch, let’s take a look at my picks of those who hit it at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala “Superheroes: Fashion And Fantasy” in New York City.
First on my list would have to be Christina Ricci in her super fantastic Wonder Woman-inspired pink and red gown. The 28-year-old actress’s look literally showcases what the party’s theme is about; fashion and fantasy. This look would probably be a good inspiration in making various mind map examples.
Well speaking of mind maps, you might as well want to browse over Mappio’s wide library of FreeMind, MindManager, and JPG mind maps. For those of you who didn’t know, a mind map is a diagram used to represent ideas, words, tasks, and other items linked around a central idea or word.
Next hit celebrity fashion is Mischa Barton clad in a jaw-dropping custom-made Missoni gown with ruffled straps and a beaded bodice. Now I’ve always thought of Mischa as a fab dresser but I think this is the first time I saw her in a more daring look. And I love it!
Aside from Christina and Mischa, another celebrity fashion hit at the Gala is Eva Mendes in her gorgeous tidal bridal gown. Oh the look is so surreal like Eva literally putting on the waves. Beautiful!

Although these two pairs never really admit there’s competition between them (at least in the fashion department), it is quite obvious that the pairs, Tom and Katie Cruise, and David and Victoria Beckham are discreetly trying to outshine each other in every event they attend to.
The latest would be last night’s Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala “Superheroes: Fashion And Fantasy” in New York City.
Aside from being a fashion icon and one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses, Reese Witherspoon has also established herself as one of those personalities who continue to do something for a cause.
As Avon Global Ambassador and Honorary Chair of the Avon Foundation, the 32-year-old mother of two joined walkers at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Washington, D.C. clad in a simple pink long sleeves with an “Avon Walks Breast Cancer” print, jeans, and rubber shoes.
Enough of patronizing Reese’s advocacy and let’s switch on to Celebrity Fashion Watch mode. This means, it’s time for us to decide if this look is a hit or a miss.
Why this look is a miss? Since I just mentioned that Reese seems to have already made herself known as someone with a taste for glamorous and fabulous looks, this one is quite the opposite. And although this is not the first time we see her in a look that’s so uncelebrity-like, I’d still prefer to see her in a “fragrant” look. You know, the kind of look that would sell thousands of BOSS Woman fragrances.
Well yes, although Reese is an Avon face, I think she can also be a female version of BOSS models. – Men who show confidence, power and masculinity. With the power and confidence that Reese holds, she sure would be a perfect face for the product.
Why this look is a hit? It is a “walking” event, what do you expect her to wear? Surely, you don’t expect her to wear stilettos and a sexy frock, right?!
Hmmm… So hit or miss? You tell me.

Okay, I know I just said I’d be posting more fashion disasters than the hits but when I saw this photo of Cameron Diaz, I just can’t help but be mesmerized and do this post.
For almost a year a now, I noticed that my hits actually goes up when I post something fugly and ugly about what the stars wear. And although I’m not really “mean” in nature (aside from the fact that I don’t have any sense of authority but just my opinion), I guess I should just go on with the flow and bring in more of those fashion disasters than the hits.
