AMA Hits
Along with Billboard Music Awards, the Grammy Awards, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, the American Music Awards show is one annual event that the whole music community in the US looks forward.
This year, the awaited event took place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. And as I always say, this kind of event shouldn’t be missed here in Celebrity Fashion Watch. And since there’s quite a number of the hits and misses at the red carpet, this entry shall be divided into two – the thumbs ups and the thumbs downs.
So let’s get the ball rolling with those who awed everybody with their exemplary looks.
Well how else could we start this list better but with this jaw-dropping and chest-thumping I mean heart-thumping mermaid-like gold dress of Beyoncé Knowles. Well if you’re gonna ramp on stage and get that International Star of the Year award, then you should definitely be at your best[est].
White is definitely right! I guess Carrie Underwood deserves an applause with this cotton-inspired frock and Grecian footwear. She looked irresistible. Carrie later on bagged the Favorite Female Artist Award for Country Music Category and the T-Mobile Award.
Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus were beaming with their gold, shimmering and red frocks, respectively. They sure captivated the audience with their youthfulness.
I super love Fergie’s shoes and leg. Her dress though seems to be a black version of what Carrie had. Anyway, it was totally chic! Fergie brought home Favorite Female Artist Award for the Pop/Rock category.
Well there you have it. The fashion disasters come next.
