Now this is where the fun begins. You want fugly? You want fashion disaster to the extreme? Then let Celebrity Fashion Watch bring you, Bai Ling.

“Gracing� the premiere of Fox’s What Happens in Vegas last Thrusday in Los Angeles, the Chinese-born American actress sported on a look that sure caught everybody’s attention.

And as if attending a Halloween party if not a mardigras, Bai Ling donned an odd spidey black dress with a weird headdress and some band aid on both her legs. Well I guess it would be a cliché to ask her what she was thinking because obviously Bai Ling is just in to some “expression of thy self�.

I must at least give credit though to this star’s confidence to go out in public with this look. Surely, it takes a lot of will power (and insanity) to pull off this look.
