Well I’m actually more of a Robert Pattinson a.k.a. Edward Cullen fan than a Taylor Lautner a.k.a. Jacob Black fan. However, when I saw this photo of the latter attending the 2009 CFDA Fashion Awards, I’m honestly thinking of a change of heart. *Giggles*

Oh well, while that might not come too easy (I still am in-love with Edward, really) I thought having Taylor here in Celebrity Fashion Watch as our Beautiful Man of the Week would be enough to acknowledge the actor’s hunk and cuteness factor.

So aside from playing Jacob Black in Twilight, who is Taylor Lautner? Here are some information you might be interested to find out.

Born Taylor Daniel Lautner on February 11, 1992, Taylor is an American actor who, aside from being part of the Twilight flick, is also known for playing the cutie superhero, Sharkboy in The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D.

If you find the 17-year-old’s gorgeousness a bit uncommon in Hollywood, well that’s because he’s from French, Dutch, German, and Native American ancestry (I wonder why most mixed-blood celebrities stand out more often than pure ones).

Coming with that good looks and acting talent, Taylor’s a martial artist too ranked number one in the world for NASKA’s Black Belt Open Forms, Musical Weapons, Traditional Weapons and Traditional Forms. Now that’s just H-O-T, isn’t it?

Well I just watched Zac Efron’s latest flick, “17 Again”. And while I’m a bit disappointed about the movie – good plot bad execution – I don’t think I could say the same to its main actor, Zac. Why had it not been for the Disney star, I don’t really think the movie would have such appeal to its audience.

So for this matter, I am making Zac this week’s Celebrity Fashion Watch’s Beautiful Man.

Born Zachary David Alexander Efron on October 18, 1987, Zac is arguably the biggest teen star in America right now. Playing Troy Bolton in Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical, Zac has easily made himself the “poster boy for tweenyboppers” making young girls swoon over him.

Although he admittedly described himself as not academically gifted, Zac has apparently compensated that with his talent in acting, singing, and dancing. Proof of this are his performances in plays like Gypsy, Peter Pan, Or The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Music Man. For these, he was then recommended by his drama teacher to an agent in Los Angeles. The rest is of course what you call as history.

Of course talent aside, Zac’s good looks and good taste in fashion makes him all the more appealing to his young women fans.

Here you see him pleasantly casual greeting his Japanese fans for the “17 Again” stage greeting at Shinjuku Piccadilly in Tokyo.

Even without trying he still does not seize to make fans swoon over him. Just take a look at him here as he arrived at the Narita International Airport.

Hip and trendy, eh? That’s what he managed to pull off at his movie’s photocall in Madrid, Spain.

What can you say of this suave look? Yum!

Hello guys! It’s TGIF (Thank God It’s Friday!) so I guess it would be just right to bring you a post that’s quite laid back and relaxing. And while bringing in the latest hits and misses in celebrity fashion is also relaxing for some, I think the BMW (Beautiful Man of the Week) category would be more apt to my mood today.

So who’s today’s eye-candy? – Chris Evans.

Chris Evans is one of Hollywood’s hottest rising stars. He recently starred in “Push” along side Dakota Fanning and has a number of films coming out, including Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, a new romantic comedy that he is currently filming in Toronto.

Chris Evans gained star status in the Fantastic Four movies, in which he played a superhero named the Human Torch, and went on to win our hearts as Scarlett Johansson’s love interest in “The Nanny Diaries”. Chris Evans is known for his astonishing good looks and great body.

Recently, Chris Evans dropped by the P3R Showroom. At the showroom, a breath-taking D’Atlantis watch caught his eye. One of the most commented article here in Celebrity Fashion Watch is the Beautiful Man of the Week post of the previous writer, Laura about Wentworth Miller.

Well call me late on this Wentworth craze, but I just started watching Prison Break series last night (thanks to my boyfriend who lent me a DVD copy of the series). Anyway, since I just mentioned my being the latest addition of the crazy-over-Wentworth club, I thought of making my own post about this hottie still under Beautiful Man of the Week.

So aside from the hunky genius, Michael Scofield in Prison Break, who is Wentworth Miller?

Golden Globe-nominated actor, Wentworth Earl Miller III was born on June 2, 1972 in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England. His mother, Roxann was a special education teacher and his father, a lawyer and a teacher. Along with his two sisters, Leigh and Gillian, Wentworth’s family moved to Brooklyn, New York when he was one.

And guess what? Wentworth is more than just the looks and the sex appeal; he graduated with a degree in English Literature at Princeton University where he was also a part of the university’s a cappella group. Talk about brains and brawns, huh?!

Wentworth’s first starring role was in ABC’s mini-series, Dinotopia where he played the sensitive and introverted David. He, however, had his first television appearance in Buffy the Vampire Slayer as the student-turned-sea monster, Gage Petronzi.

This hunky actor got his stardom when he was cast as Michael Scofield in Fox Network’s Prison Break where he earned a 2005 Golden Globe Nomination for Best Actor in a Dramatic Series.

Well, he’s got the looks, the brains, and the talent…. Totally, crush-worthy!

His was a sudden death, a shocker to most people, especially to fans like me. For this (early) edition of Beautiful Man of the Week, let’s try to look back as we bid our farewell to a beautiful and wonderful actor, Heath Ledger.

He’s going to be a dad! And every dads and dads-to-be sure deserve some spotlight. So I guess Matthew McConaughey is a good kick off for Beautiful Man of the Week for this year.

Born Matthew David McConaughey - aside from having a family name that’s hard to spell and pronounce - is an American actor more known for his roles in various romantic comedies like The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Failure to Launch.

Matthew has Irish ancestry with a mother who is a substitute school teacher and father who owns a gas station.

His first acting career started when he appeared in various student films and TV commercials in Texas then became a cast of Dazed and Confused. After appearing in additional small parts of some films, he had his big break playing the lawyer, Jake Brigance in the 1996 film, A Time to Kill where he won Best Breakthrough performance in MTV Movie Awards. After which our BMW was cast in leading roles in various movies, mostly on romantic comedy flicks.

In 2005 his good looks and charisma was put in the highlight as he was named “Sexiest Man Alive” by People.

Matthew has dated several actresses like Sandra Bullock, Ashley Judd, Sally Richardson, and Penelope Cruz (after Cruz broke up with Tom Cruise). Currently, he is dating Brazilian Camila Alves to whom he is expecting his first born.

Well, there you have it. Our Beautiful Man of the Week. – Drop dead gorgeous, charismatic, and a father-to-be; Matthew McConaughey.

From actors to a boxer to an athlete, these are the men that made bang in this blog. And though I still have to figure out the qualifications (aside from them being a personal crush) for this category, the bottom line is that this blog would not be as it is without those sexy and H-O-T men!

I was watching the TV when an ad about Manny Pacquiao and Marco Antonio Barrera’s fight was plugged. I must be honest; I wasn’t a big boxing fan until Manny made it big and made all Filipinos proud.

Well this isn’t about him anyway, but because of that ad I remembered a boxer who I really find so drop-dead gorgeous, and thought he’d be perfect for my Beautiful Man of the Week entry – Oscar De La Hoya.

With that pretty face, I really don’t think he fits as a boxer. I mean not that he isn’t good; in fact he’s one great fighter. However it saddens me when I see him fight seeing those heavy punches hit that beautiful face. I felt like having some heart attack when that not-so-good-looking beast-like Floyd Mayweather Jr. kept giving him some fleshy fists.

Okay, more than the looks, he’s just oozing with sex appeal and charisma. And goodness, the guy’s just got some good fashion sense even when he’s out of the boxing ring. So what can you say of that tuxedo at a press conference? How about the sexy beige sweat shirt? – I think that’s uber-sexy! Point is Oscar De La Hoya sure knows how to carry himself whether in a match or just chilling out. (Now that’s my kind of man).

I know, he’s a bit different from my usual BMW choices (Keanu Reeves, Orlando Bloom, Johnny Depp), as an athlete that makes him more special. What a way to end my week; I definitely got knocked out!

I know this is quite late (or early) for Beautiful Man of the Week post. And a bit late for this week’s pick. I was knocking my head for a BMW choice when it suddenly hit me, “Why haven’t I featured this man yet?�?

This week’s choice isn’t just about sex appeal and charisma. He is regarded as one of the most stylish men in the world juxtaposed to being one of the best football players in the world. By that I know you already have a clue of who he is.

Yes, he is none other than David Beckham.

Well he recently made qualms and chaos (of course I am exaggerating) when he, together with his wife, Victoria and their sons made a transfer to L.A. The “Welcome to America�? party prepared by Mr. and Mrs. Tom Cruise and Mr. and Mrs. Will Smith is a proof of how big deal this transfer is.

Well anyway, am not much concerned of this transfer. He is Beautiful Man of the Week because he is simply an epitome of beauty and fashion to men.

It’s been a while since my last entry for Beautiful Man of the Week. Well it seems so hard to pick one among the many beautiful men in Hollywood. Add to that, I want to make sure that that man truly deserves the ‘title’ (as if it’s really that BIG). That man should possess not only with that great sex appeal but also with a personality seemingly unique among those other Hollywood hunks.

For that qualification I guess this week’s BMW aced it all. The throne for BMW (or even for the whole year) this week belongs to Johnny Depp. Need I say more?

Who can forget Pirates of the Caribbean’s sexy pirate Captain Jack Sparrow? Or the kids’ best friend Willy Wonka? I believe no one can play these characters and live a mark as Johnny did.

It’s Beautiful Man of the Week time again. For this week, Celebrity Fashion Watch is featuring an English hunk known for his sexy accent – Hugh John Mungo Grant known to all as Hugh Grant.

This 47-year old bachelor made mark in Hollywood as knight in shining armor to movies such as Two Weeks Notice, Love Actually, and the latest Music and Lyrics opposite with Drew Barrymore. I guess I really have a penchant to older men, can’t help it they’re like wines – vintage is best! �?�

Did I just mention bachelor? - To Hugh fans like me, yes, he is single (and hopefully available) once again. After the long three-year relationship with socialite girlfriend Jemima Khan, Hugh just called it off (in February 2007) after being uncertain about marriage. Hugh admittedly says his age does worry him but still believes that marriage is not the best option. He further explains, “I would like to get married, but at the same time I’m horrified by those couples that I see around me and the lack of affection and passion that can result from the passing of time.”

Aye, aye! Hugh…I agree to that. That’s one beautiful perspective from a beautiful man.

It’s the last day of the week. And it’s my favorite day for my blog. It’s time for another Beautiful Man of the Week entry. The place where it’s all about men - gorgeous and hot that is.

For this edition of BMW another “love-of-my-life” or shall we say fantasy of my life will be featured- Orlando Bloom.

Born on January 13, 1977 Orlando Jonathan Blanchard Bloom would unarguably be the most gorgeous elf (as Legolas in Lord of the Rings) ever and the sexiest pirate (well that goes along with Johnny Depp) (as Will Turner in Pirates of the Carribean). After having these breakthrough roles, Bloom has continued to establish his name in Hollywood with lead roles for Troy, Elizabethtown, and Kingdom of Heaven (oh this is actually my most loved movie of Orlando).

Being so hot Orlando was ranked by New Woman magazine’s “hottest hunk�? in the world in a readers’ poll in 2007. So what is it between women and pirates? Well let’s just say I am biased because he just resembles my ex-boyfriend (awww).

This is actually my first post here as Celebrity Fashion correspondent. Browsing over the categories, the “Beautiful Man of the Week” caught much of my interest. Well, like any girls, men are one of the favorite topics, let me rephrase that; cute men are one of the favorite topics.

Featured here is my own celebrity crush; Keanu Reeves.

I have been a fan of Reeves way back in high school when I saw him in The Matrix. Since then, I have been following his movies and other stints in the entertainment industry.

Rumors had it that April 2004, Keanu married Alan Cumming days before the voting for banning gay marriages was set in the Massachusetts legislature.

Keanu got his own star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2005.
