It’s the last day of May and the last day of summer here in the Philippines. So I thought of bringing in a last minute summer-related post here in Celebrity Fashion Watch. And what better way to represent summer in the context of celebrity fashion but through celebrities in their various swimwear.

Now why don’t we let the celebrities teach us how to get the perfect womens swimwear according to our body types?

Have an athletic body like Cameron Diaz? Why don’t you try halter and thicker straps to draw the attention to your tones shoulder? A ring style bottom is also perfect for those who are active in beach as they will stay in place while giving that sexy feel.

Hello! It’s a beautiful Sunday everyone. And while most of you is enjoying the weekend by relaxing and other stuff, here I am busy doing this post.

Last night was a big night for the kids and teens in the US as the annual Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards took place at the Pauley Pavilion in Westwood, California.

Well among the many award events in Hollywood, I must say that the Kids’ Choice have always been one of my favorites simply because the stars seem to be more wholesome, casual, and comfortable with the event. That is of course in the fashion aspect.

So, whose looks topped (and flopped) for this year’s Kid’s Choice Awards?

The girl in gold, America Ferrera sure dazzles in her charming and elegant frock. Did she lost weight or it’s just the dress? Anyway, this one’s really cute and appropriate for the event. And of course I’ve always loved the wholesomeness of this Ugly Betty star.

From the faces and dresses that astounded and enchanted all of us at the Red Carpet of the 80th Annual Academy Awards comes the group of stars that (believe me) dressed so unbelievably. Yes, somebody looked more horrible than the Queen of Hearts, Heidi Klum.

Here’s the post that probably most of you have been waiting for; the worst dressers category.

Cameron Diaz. Oh no, she ain’t that horrible. In fact, Miss Diaz was in her usual glamour and fab look. However, I’m thinking Cam has just got too much of the usual in her; like I’ve seen her with this kind of look (not necessarily identical) so many times before. I guess the only thing that seems to be relatively novel is her defined muscles.

Wow… The moment I saw this photo, I was like “Is she just 18?�

Cameron Diaz is definitely glamorous no matter how formal or casual an affair is (or even if there’s none). Here, the former girl of Justine Timberlake showcased her oh-lala legs strolling around New York City. With that long-sleeved T-shirt and shorts paired with those Grecian-inspired sandals, she’s unarguably a goddess walking down the streets.

My eyes are turning green. How can some girls get the best of both worlds? At 35 (yes she is!) Cam seems to have it all. I mean I wish I could look just like her when I reach her age without getting myself some New York browlift, but hey, all I can do is dream on. And I just compared myself to a deity.

Here comes the bride all dressed in white… Okay,okay, it’s no time for wedding march nor any celebration related to that. But why are these stars looking like brides or bridesmaids?

I guess white is flooding the red carpets and other events in Hollywood lately. If celebrities have their choice of designers designers also have their fave shades. And by the looks of it, it seems that white is the new black (or at least an option) for perfect gowns.

White somehow spells elegance, glamour, and star-like superiority. For Drew Barrymore who felt like Cinderella with her strapless gown by John Galliano it sure gave her a heavenly aura as if she walked right from the heavens. Ditto to that! I really love this gown by Drew that I want to have one of my own…:D

Anyway, Cameron Diaz’ Valentino gown is one head-turner. It’s an oxymoron of being a classic trend. I saw the gown on a runway photo worn by a model but I guess it looked so much better on Cameron.

Beyonce’s white gown on the other hand was by Armani Prive. It has a touch of a Greek goddess look which suits Beyonce well cause she’s one goddess for me, although her footwear’s not much of a looker.

Finally, Kate Walsh sports with a beautiful gown by David Solomon… Well I find it a bit common and traditional kind of white gown… But still, being a celebrity that she is… she pulled it off quite well.

See, you don’t really need to be bride to pull off a white gown…Still…I can’t wait to be a bride!

Oh Cameron, Cameron, Cameron. Honey, I know you’re hurting. I would be too, if I lost the deliciousness that is Justin. Maybe it was all an accident. . .because I do feel like this dress was really cute, if a little feather-duster frou-frou hide-the-toilet-paper cutesy, and then someone got drunk and glued a tutu to your shoulder. Maybe it was Scarlett Johanssen.

So, yeah, you ruined a perfectly good dress. I’m more intrigued by the 7.3 inches of bling on your left ring finger. Either you are one of those kind of annoying people who don’t hold that finger sacred and wear lots of bling there, which I hate, because how am I supposed to dicuss your marital status if I can’t be sure what that is? And what’s going to happen to US Weekly’s zoom-in artists, if they can’t publish giant blow-ups of your ring finger under a headline like “FINALLY GETTING HITCHED??” Or maybe you and beautiful Justin are playing some kind of sick game with my heart, offering Justin up as a possibility, however distant, and then snatching it away. Or you’ve already met someone else, probably some cameraman or backup dancer or similarly unlikely loser, fell in love, and gotten married. It’s Hollywood, it could happen, and it would be forgiven. I will be expecting a baby bump any minute now.
