Months ago, I featured some famous stars sans the makeup. Well a few looked okay, alright, but there were also those who looked shockingly different and downright scary. Thus, it brought me to a realization that stars are just stars because of the colors they put on their faces.

Anyway, here’s an additional of that list of stars who look A-okay even without makeup – Mischa Barton. With this photo of Mischa Barton spotted in New York, I guess the former O.C. star belongs on the okay, alright category. Actually more than okay and alright, Mischa still managed to look good even without the colors in her face.

Aside from this no-makeup look, I also love Mischa’s ready-to-go get-up. Skinny jeans, orange coat and a super cute button-covered knit cap; really cool!

Sitting high on no. 1 on People magazine’s annual “100 Most Beautiful People� list is 32-year old Drew Barrymore. Coming from a family of actors born with classic beauty, this is Barrymore’s fourth time to make it on the list but her first to be on the top spot.

This Charlie’s Angels star believe that “happiness is what makes you pretty. Period. Happy people are beautiful. They become like a mirror, and they reflect that happiness.�

For this issue of the magazine, Drew along with 10 more celebrities – including Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel and Eva Langoria – posed without make-up which mesmerized the public with their natural and care-free look (thanks to Photoshop and airbrush �).

To Drew and the rest of those who made it to the list… I envy you!

We all saw her rise to stardom as the creative force and lead singer of the world’s best-selling female group of all time, Destiny’s Child. Beyonce Giselle Knowles continues to shine as a star. She proves to be one dangerous babe as she gains recognition as being an R&B singer, songwriter, record producer, actress, dancer, fashion designer and model (whew). At 25 and with five Grammy Awards in a single, Beyonce has truly captured the hearts of the people.

So okay, it’s about the talent. But what adds Beyonce’s charisma to the public (most specially the men) is her to-die-for body and a face that could launch a thousand ships. Or is it? Let’s see…

Not that bad, compared to other celebs stripped off with make-up, Beyonce looks more like some lady you see in malls or the neighborhood. Not hideous, but not stunning. Without the paint, she may not get the second glance from those men who usually worship her on the red carpet. But all in all she doesn’t look that bad after all.

Well we’ve all seen grow from a cutie Genie in a Bottle to being Dirrty and now she is going Back to Basics looking like Marilyn Monroe. Christina Aguilera is definitely one of the most entertaining stars of this generation. And while she was used getting in to feud with Pop Princess Britney Spears, Christina has moved on and put the things behind. Besides, it’s obvious that she won the feud after all.

Yes, I am a Christina fan. When I was in high school I used to get into debate of who’s being the fairest; Britney vs Christina. I must admit before that Britney is prettier even without makeup. But guess what, Christina may now say that beauty does exist even without (much) make-up.

From the first photo where she was really void with make-up, the second and third proves that less is more… And truly, I love the third shot where she wears a lighter paint. The pink blush and lips looks so natural. So refreshing in the eye. Although she have outgrown the “teenie cutie” look, she has turned into one sophisticated and alluring lady.

For those who think that stars look really gross when unmasked, well there could be little excemptions…

This is her now… Jennifer Lopez surely is a Venus in disguise. She speaks of absolute energy and sex appeal. Well the latter speaks of the number of men who go gaga over this ferociously ambitious star. And if I were to be on somebody’s body on my next life, without a word I’ll choose to be JLo.

As a singer, songwriter and actress surely JLo is one glittering star with a striking and radiant beauty. Striking and radiant, eh? What if the paint in her face fades?

Let’s see.. In fairness to JLo, I’ve seen various sites showcasing many celebrities without makeups looking really gross and would make you thank the invention of make-ups. She, however, looks well, plain. Not the stunning type that will give you a second look but not horrendous like some Hollywood celebs.

First on the watch is Alicia Silverstone.

This star of the 1995 hit comedy “Clueless” and TV series “The Singles Table,” captures everyone’s heart with her sweet smile and a body that is to-die for for a vegetarian. Will her look still catch the public’s attention when the lights are off and the cameras don’t roll?
