One’s personal problems could probably have a huge impact in one’s sense of fashion; with a happy life and stable disposition, it seems so easy for one to dress up and exude that inner happiness in them.

But what about for those who feel otherwise?

Well Madonna should be one example of the latter.

Picking up the pieces of her from her failed marriage (again) with estranged husband, Guy Ritchie may really have affected Madge’s sense of fashion. I mean, what else can we think of as a reason for her putting on this dress out of artificial grass during the launch of the Tattoo Heart Collection to benefit UNICEF dinner at The Plaza last night (November 19)?

Surely, she can’t be thinking of herself as Jane, right?!

After initiating the “trend� of “crotch display� on mag covers to stars like Alanis Morissette and Julianne Moore, Madonna seems to go a little toned down with her fashion statement during the premiere of her documentary I Am Because We Are at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.

Clad in a tribal print Gucci dress and high black boots Madonna is a picture of a woman of age and success (something I’ve always wanted her to look). And when I say woman of age, I don’t actually mean “old� but someone who has that aura of dignity and honor (Whew! That was deep!). She has that dignified look that seems to be so un-Material Girl; like someone who can’t get enough of her Washington DC rhinoplasty.

Anyway, aside from that look demanding respect, I actually love the tribal-print dress Madonna sported. It looks so funky and comfortable in her.

Madonna by the way was successful in adopting little David Banda.

You read it right. That is Julianne Moore on the cover of Vogue Paris’s May 2008 issue.

And so to remind you, the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress is already 47 years old! (My mom’s age!)

Tell me, what is happening with this world and these Hollywood veterans?! From Madonna’s Hard Candy album cover to Alanis Morissette’s Flavor of Entanglement promo photos, now, Julianne Moore?! What did Madonna do to actually encourage personalities of her age insist they’re still freakin’ hot despite their age?!

So, okay, Julianne is still hot. In fact, had I not read the caption telling it was her on the cover then I wouldn’t have recognized her at all. Of course the cover showed the femme fatale in her yet I still can’t help but think about her age and her children.

I guess the question here shouldn’t be whether it’s hot or not. Rather, I guess one should think if it is appropriate for her or not.

Working out or not, that still doesn’t give Madonna an excuse to look like a Jack-in-a-box in this blue ensemble.

My, the Queen of Pop just looks hilarious from head-to-toe! To start, her headgear is just so annoying to look at and her tight fitting long-sleeve shirt seems too tight I wonder if she could still breathe.

Well maybe this is really how a workout look should look like to some people. Unfortunately for me, this look is enough reason for Madonna to just stay at home and not show up to the public.

On the other hand, Madonna may have been just feeling blue after her latest album received a quick and short “so-so� review from UK’s Indipendent. Or maybe it’s because the Malawian court will finally decide whether or not she can adopt a child in two weeks. Whatever it is that makes her blue, I suggest she get over it quickly so she gets over this odd look!

If Demi Moore is the first name that comes to my mind with the word ageless, Madonna would probably be the one that I’d always think first with unstoppable. Yes, she fits perfectly with ageless, too in fact as if Madonna never graduated from her Material Girl times. Thus, the unstoppable.

Doing the May 2008 cover for Vanity Fair’s Green Issue, Madonna is sure one hot babe. It’s a wonder how she was able to keep up those curves and still look ten years younger. I guess the better phrase is how amazing what money and science can do.

I don’t know but this cover actually reminds me of Angelina Jolie during her Lara Croft days; it’s probably because of the costume and the background of the photo. What do you think?

Although I’m all praises about Hollywood veterans still (trying) looking hot and sexy despite their age, I still believe and think that it’s high time stars like Madonna and Demi Moore should act and LOOK their age.

Just take a look at Madonna’s cover for her latest album, Hard Candy. I know it sure is steamy hot. In fact it proves true to Madonna’s claim that it will “kick your ass�. With the pop diva sporting on a wrestling belt and in a steamy pose, Madonna once again proves that her sex appeal is still there and never fades.

Well, it sure is still there, but never fades? Come on, I know a lot would disagree but this photo would have been really really hot 15 or 20 years ago. Okay, nothing’s wrong with looking and feeling young. However, I think it’s time for Madonna to really do some moderation.

No question about her sex appeal, just that, she’s a mother for Pete’s sake!
