Celebrity Fashion Watch

On my previous post, we’ve talked about Angelina Jolie’s ‘fab or not’ look at the L.A. premiere of Brad’s movie, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”; whether it’s about the star’s unpredictability in the fashion department or just his/her sheer elegance and class in carrying a (predictable and unexciting) look.

Today I am going to ask you the same question, this time it’s with Nicole Kidman’s look at the UK premiere of “Australia” yesterday in Odeon Leicester Square London.

Clad in a white sequined L’Wren Scott Spring 2009 button trimmed dress, with gold peep-toe Louboutin heels, I would like to ask you to give the verdict yourself. Is it fab or not?

Fab:

Well sequined frocks always seem to get their way into the audience’s attention. Of course, there seems to be that Nicole Kidman “factor”, - elegance and class, that would give this look a hit.

Not:

What I don’t like in the look? Simple: It neither thrilled or excited me at all.

I dunno, then again, this is just a matter of my opinion. What about yours?

I must admit I am not really a big Nicole Kidman fan; I’m neither crazy over her beauty nor her fashion style. But when it comes to class and finesse, I guess I must give it to this Australian-American actress.

Arriving at the premiere of her film, “Australia” in New York City last Monday (November 24), Nicole’s black and gold embroidered dress by Dries Van Noten may not really be a fashion hit for me but I guess her innate elegance managed to pull off this look.

Nicole is obviously glowing playing the part of wife to Keith Urban and new mom to Sunday Rose. Two years after being married to Keith and she’s definitely looking great even with her age. ‘Guess her wedding to the singer sure is worth remembering…

Preggy celebs really make my day. I mean there they are proud and happy to be expectant moms while still busy with their careers as celebrities; shooting, promotions, press conferences, and all those stuff. It’s a one big wonder how most of them (say Jessica Alba, Jennifer Lopez, and Angelina Jolie) look more and more beautiful despite their growing tummies.

Well let’s add Nicole Kidman to the list of these beautiful preggy celebs.

Attending “The Golden Compass�? press conference at The Peninsula Tokyo in Japan, Nicole, who is pregnant to her first child with Keith Urban is totally enchanting in her see-through black dress.

I love the look that seems to say, “Hey! Check this out! If Tom can, then so can I!�?
