This year has been a year of new-born celebrity babies in Hollywood. In fact, with the number of celebrity knock-ups, I’m starting to think this ‘thing’ seems to have become a trend. Anyway, since it’s Mothers’ Day, I thought of bringing you Celebrity Fashion Watch’s three of the most fashionable (new) moms in Hollywood today.

These three new celebrity moms are those who I think have successfully incorporated motherhood and fashion all together. They are those stars who are proud to show their new bodies and proved that being a mother is a sexy thing.

Nicole Richie has always been someone who’s never afraid to dress up and be different when it comes to fashion. A lot of times she made it here to Celebrity Fashion Watch and she’s always on the hit category. Come to think of it, I actually can’t remember a time when she had her share of fashion disaster here on this blog.

Anyway, fulfilling her traffic school duties in Los Angeles, the 26-year-old socialite stayed true to being a trendsetter by donning a ‘60s inspired floral frock paired with strappy flat sandals. Her oversized shades actually complimented her face well especially her nose that seem to have undergone nose surgery revision.

Well I guess being unconventional is something that’s really Nicole. From her pregnancy to post pregnancy looks, the new mom have always showed her individuality through the frocks she wear.

And now that her partner, Joel is back from their month-long world tour, I’ll be expecting a more glowing Nicole in the coming days.

I guess despite the absence of her partner, Joel, who’s on a world tour with his band, Good Charlotte, new mom Nicole Richie still manages to look her best and be happy with her own public stints in Hollywood (and of course being a doting mother to baby Harlow).

Arriving the 2008 ASCAP Pop Awards in Hollywood, California yesterday to her father Lionel who was presented with ASCAP’s Golden Note Award, Nicole was just breathtaking with her strapless gown which showcased her rich bosom.

Now it sure seems that the daughter has taken everybody’s attentions instead of the father. Well I’m sure Lionel doesn’t mind being ‘overshadowed’ by Nicole.

With this smile of contentment drawn on her pretty face, if the rumors were true, I can’t blame Paris if she tries to copy Nicole.

I think it is a dominant thing for Hollywood celebrity moms to still look glamorous and stylish despite having babies already. There’s Demi Moore who’s still rocking hot and sexy despite her age and children, there’s JLo who’s able to keep up with high fashion even with her twins, there’s Christina Aguilera, too who is looking better after her pregnancy, and of course Nicole Richie; the one I consider the most fashionable mom of all.

Well I’ve never been a Nicole Richie fan at all, but right after her pregnancy, I began to give credit to her classy and trendy fashion statements.

Walking the streets in Los Angeles on Wednesday for her 18-month program of group counseling, one-on-one meetings and alcohol education, baby Harlow’s mom was looking comfortable and sexy in skinny jeans, casual shirt, heels, and a stylish bandana and sunglasses.

Surely, this bandana thing is something that’s really Nicole, something that I’ve long wanted to try putting on. ***Grins***

It’s a Good Friday folks. Although I really am on a recollection mode today, I guess when it comes to celebrity fashion I have to make a little bit of an excuse. ***Guilty face***

Anyway, it’s time for another which celebrity look looks best. Today, it’s new mom with a new oh-lala body, Nicole Richie.

Satin or black?

Arriving at the DCMA Collective flagship store opening in Los Angeles, the socialite was clad in a sexy satin which flattered her postbaby breasts well. Well Nicole might be complaining of her new ‘bountiful’ front, but I don’t think she’d be able to pull off this dress without that sexy cleavage.

Really Nicole, most women would surely trade anything to have those boobies. Enjoy it while it lasts girl, if it’s any consolation, you won’t have those forever.

On the other side of the photo is Nicole looking classy wearing a Miu Miu frock paired with Louboutins at Prada’s presentation of Trembled Blossoms in Beverly Hills. I certainly think Nicole should flaunt her new curves more often. Anybody could definitely see her transformation from a notorious socialite to a changed woman. This look sure shows a mature and wiser Nicole.

Looking at Nicole Richie with those two different looks makes one surely think that motherhood suits her really well. And it’s not just her post-baby curves I’m talking about, it’s that inner glow and contentment that only a new-born can give.
