No, that wasn’t misspelled. This isn’t about that iceskating movie. This is Celebrity Fashion Watch’s match of the celebs who wanted to cut their ages. No, they aren’t old old but let’s just say they’re those you cannot call young either.
Who’s successful? Who’s a failure? Let’s see..
Contender #1: Catherine Zeta Jones.
Born: September 25, 1969
Well 38 isn’t that old but surely Catherine isn’t getting any younger anymore. Noticed her aged look here with her strapless black cocktail dress at The Savannah Film Festival? Is it the look? Or just the dress that doesn’t know where the bust and the hips are? Either way, Catherine seem to have failed the “mission�.
Contender #2: Nicole Kidman
Born: June 20, 1967
Two years older than Catherine, but Nicole exuded with much youthfulness during the 2007 ARIA Awards where she wore a short Versace coat over a lace L’Wren Scott dress. The frock is super glam but I guess the key here for that younger look is the hair – sweet, cute, and charming.
Contender #3: Demi Moore
Born: November 11, 1962
Among today’s four contenders, Demi is the oldest. At 45, Mrs. Kutcher is vibrant with this gray checkered mini dress with a warm sweet smile. The secret for this look? – A young husband and lots of collagen injections. **tehee**
Contender #4: Cate Blanchett
Born: May 14, 1969
Well she probably has hit this blog a lot of times. Ironically though, for several fashion misses. Fortunately, this time, I guess Cate Blanchett has finally came to her senses and was able to put things right with this black get-up. As to looking young, I guess she remained looking like her age (or more).
Now, as to who among the four managed to cut their ages successfully, I believe Nicole Kidman outsmarted them all.
