Glamour Women of the Year Awards Worst Dressers
So you’ve seen Hayden Panettiere, Emma Bunton, Kate Beckinsale, and Kelly Osbourne make it to the best dressed list during the Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2008. And where there’s a list for the best dressers, expect the list of its opposite. – The worst dressers.
Yep, although the event has been made to give due recognition to the inspiring women in their fields, unfortunately, there are some who came in not-so-inspiring looks.
Who are these celebrities? Well here they are:
To kick off the list is Ginger Spice, Geri Halliwell. Now, whoever told this celebrity that metallic and see-through are two words that are good together should be sent to jail. Geez, Geri sure looked like she wrapped in some colored cellophane.
Has she totally lost her fashion sense? I think the last time I made an entry about her here in Celebrity Fashion Watch was when she ridiculously ‘reinvests’ herself as Baby Spice. What would her daughter, Bluebell say about this Queen of Narnia-like look (the odd version)?
Joining Geri in the worst dressers list is her fellow Spice Girl, Mel B. a.k.a. Scary Spice. The Dancing with the Stars alum may not have looked scary as her Spice name but those colors were just too much for my eyes to take. Besides, one can easily mistake her as a walking eggplant. On second thought, ain’t a walking eggplant scary enough?
Last and probably the worst look at the event is British singer and Glamour Editor’s Special Awardee, Lily Allen. Now come on, a pink hair matched with pink elephants in a white frock. What do you call that? A funky bride’s maid in a safari? She should’ve just stuck to her black hair.
And so there goes my worst dressers list…
