Reese Witherspoon walks (in pink) for a cause
Aside from being a fashion icon and one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses, Reese Witherspoon has also established herself as one of those personalities who continue to do something for a cause.
As Avon Global Ambassador and Honorary Chair of the Avon Foundation, the 32-year-old mother of two joined walkers at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Washington, D.C. clad in a simple pink long sleeves with an “Avon Walks Breast Cancer� print, jeans, and rubber shoes.
Enough of patronizing Reese’s advocacy and let’s switch on to Celebrity Fashion Watch mode. This means, it’s time for us to decide if this look is a hit or a miss.
Why this look is a miss? Since I just mentioned that Reese seems to have already made herself known as someone with a taste for glamorous and fabulous looks, this one is quite the opposite. And although this is not the first time we see her in a look that’s so uncelebrity-like, I’d still prefer to see her in a “fragrant� look. You know, the kind of look that would sell thousands of BOSS Woman fragrances.
Well yes, although Reese is an Avon face, I think she can also be a female version of BOSS models. – Men who show confidence, power and masculinity. With the power and confidence that Reese holds, she sure would be a perfect face for the product.
Why this look is a hit? It is a “walking� event, what do you expect her to wear? Surely, you don’t expect her to wear stilettos and a sexy frock, right?!
Hmmm… So hit or miss? You tell me.
