Rihanna: The Fashion Daredevil
You ever heard of that saying that there is a thin line between love and hate? I guess I have that same feeling with Rihanna.
You know I always seem to have this tendency to raise my brows seeing the singer’s looks; they’re weird and so totally out of my taste. However, behind that distaste over Rihanna’s fashion I often find myself envying the singer for the kind of guts she has daring to be different and bold.
Take a look at this look she had at the premiere of “Inglorious Basterds” last Thursday.
Other times this Alexander McQueen jumpsuit would look conventional on other stars; stunning still but conventional nonetheless. But adding a touch of the 80’s with those classic pearls, cat-eyed black eye liner, and bright red lipstick, Rihanna sure proved that conventional is so out of her dictionary. And need we talk about those Mohawk? Tell me, who in Hollywood would be brave enough to get this Mohawk, and much more be able to pull it off the way Rihanna did here?
What I so don’t like in this look? – The lace fingerless gloves that seem quite odd here. But then again, if you are Rihanna, odd is a flattery.
Certainly, the singer was more like going to a runway than being a mere movie going.
Seeing Rihanna this fierce, I would not wonder if Chris Brown’s eating his heart out already. His loss can be anybody’s gain now, right? Serves him right though.
Well I guess it’s just true that you tend to dislike somebody that has something you want to have or want to be. My feelings for Rihanna exactly.

Rihanna’s style so totally reminds me of the Fashion Fantasy Game. It’s sleek and smooth, yet at the same time, it’s not so sexy that it’s indecent. I’d like to dress like that when I’m a bit older (being 15 isn’t exactly an appropriate age, as I’ve seen girls at my school who dress like that).
I wonder if she plays FFG, LOL.
