Rumer Willis tries to pull off a black number again

Above is a photo featuring Rumer Willis’s two looks in a black number; one is a certified miss here in Celebrity Fashion Watch while the other is a probable attempt to ‘vindicate’ herself from the first’s hideous look.

Was she successful? Or just a useless try?

On the left we see Rumer attending Power of Paws launch party last July wherein she wears a black dress with seemingly very loose straps that it actually made her ‘precious’ boobies sag. I know for sure E!online is one of those who’ve voiced out how displeased they were with the look. So I guess this made Rumer ponder and promise to make-up for the look.

But did she, really?!

Arriving at the Columbia Pictures screening of “Pineapple Express” presented by Three Olives in New York last Tuesday, the 19-year old (turning 20 this August 16) actress tries the black halter dress thing again with of course a notable improvement.

So the straps are now tied up well with the boobies now hidden beautifully, well this then make the look a hit? Well I don’t think so. While the statement may look already fine from waist up, Rumer’s skirt now is too short to cover her ‘other’ lady parts. Yes, it’s too short that you’d be scared to watch her sitting down or even move a bit. And with the kind of built Rumer has, don’t you think she just look so awkward with this kind of dress?

Well anyway, Rumer is still young; she definitely still has a lot of time looking for the perfect style for her.
