The Best[s] and The Worst[s] of 2007: A Celebrity Fashion Watch Recap Edition
Six months ago, I got this job to blog about celebrity fashion. It was one of the best and most challenging things I’ve done as a writer.
As the year is about to close, let’s take a look back on the best and worst here in Celebrity Fashion Watch.
As my kick off for this blog, we’ve seen stars bare all… their make-up. There’s the horrendous look of Alicia Silverstone, the you-look-so-different look of Jennifer Lopez, and the Wow!-still-so-beautiful look of Drew Barrymore.
For this year, we’ve also been witness to the hottest trends in the hair department. There are the banging bangs of stars like Reese Witherspoon, Mandy Moore, and Nicole Richie. While soft curls were also a hit to celebs like Lindsay Lohan, Jessical Alba, and Scarlet Johanson.
In 2007, we also had a glimpse of Hollywood’s favorite things like Heidi Montag’s favorite glistening dress or Fergie’s beloved black Chanel frock. There’s also Jennifer Garner’s favorite necklace or Liv Tyler’s most loved tunic.
Transformations…. From blonde to brunette or vice versa, from ‘those days’ to ‘these days’, we all were witness as to how these stars have changed. So either their hairs have changed or their image, Celebrity Fashion Watch got them covered.
Who can forget the trends that these stars have set this year? There’s the black cuffs made famous by stars like Eva Mendes, Nicky Hilton, and Ashlee Simpson; the mini dresses that seem to have invaded the fashion scene, or the cool coats from Rihanna, Reese, and Angelina. This year, we’ve also been witness on how the stars defined the color white and green with their own statements.
