The Looks that rocked the AMA (Part 1)
The American Music Awards is one of the several annual major American music awards shows that recognizes through a poll of music buyers the contributions of American artists in the industry throughout the world.
This year, the awards show took place in Nokia Theatre Los Angeles last night (November 23).
And when there is this kind of events, of course Celebrity Fashion Watch is there to sneak in to the various looks of the celebrities that walked the red carpet.
So, shall we?
Ashley Tisdale
I guess it would just be fair if we start our ‘coverage’ with someone who I personally think had one of the most fabulous looks of the night. – Ashley Tisdale.
Wearing a silver and black ensemble with black heels, the High School Musical 3 star definitely looked stunning and breathtaking. I absolutely adore that modern 40s vibe that she brings in. The hair and the make-up? - Just love it!
Christina Aguilera
While I am so loving Ashley Tisdale’s look, I don’t think I can say the same to Christina Aguilera who was clad in a figure-hugging silver gown. Why Christina couldn’t have done it any worse!
On second thought, I guess this looks a little better than some of her previous looks except that her hideous bangs and uber-red lips are unbearable.
Jordin Sparks
Wearing a bright yellow mini dress, it seems to me that Jordin Sparks’ fashion sense has slowly been becoming quite predictable. Nothing wrong’s with the look though, but it’s just… boring!
Nothing new and surprising. ***Yawn!***
Colbie Calliat
Although I love her music, I don’t think I love Colbie Calliat’s choice of fashion.
She literally looked like a walking herbal garden! Yes, literal. Colbie shared that her dress was actually freshly picked and made last night by a floral decorator. A real floral dress! Geez!
